What times are available to undertake Hypoxi training? Sessions must be pre-booked and can take place between the following times: Mon 9.30am - 8pm How often do I come for training? Studies have shown for best results you should aim to attend 3 times a week over 4 weeks How long does a session last? 30 minutes per session - easy to fit into your daily schedule! What results can I achieve? The majority of people see a reduction in fat and inches equivalent to 1 dress/trouser size per month. You will also notice a big difference in the skin in these areas and Hypoxi is fantastic for getting rid of cellulite. Are there any side effects? No detrimental side affects at all. Many people feel rejuvenated after their treatment and have reported they have less bloating, eliminated water retention and aches and pains have disappeared or been reduced. Are there any people who cannot use Hypoxi systems? You must not be pregnant or suffering from any major illness, infection or inflammation, not have heart insufficiency,
a pace maker or
thrombosis Are there any nutritional guidelines? You should consume a healthy, balanced and nutritious diet and drink plenty of still water. Make sure you eat a small amount of carbohydrates 1-4 hours before a treatment and consume protein based meals afterwards. What do I do after completing my course? Maintain a healthy diet and exercise routine. Maintenance sessions are also offered.
